Track Shipment

Depending on the tracking technology that partner carriers are using, Palm Overseas Traffic (POT) system will work differently to receive and create updates on the status of the shipments. While some tracking updates are received through automated systems, others require our team to regularly reach out to carriers. If you have questions about tracking your shipment, contact your account executive.
Make sure you use a Palm Overseas Traffic (POT) tracking code like 2023-16232, otherwise it could result in tracking information delays. The carriers send shipment tracking information to Palm Overseas Traffic’s system when a POT code is used.
For help finding the tracking number, take a look at your tracking receipt. Contact your account manager to get a copy of your tracking code, if you don’t have one.
